Alexander Fox

Prior to entering private practice in 2001, Alexander Fox served as an Assistant State Attorney. As a former prosecutor, Alex provides a unique perspective on enforcement actions and threatened administrative and criminal liability for alleged violation of alcohol beverage laws including administrative violations, dram shop liability and alleged sales to minors or use of illegal substances on licensed premises.


Marbet Lewis

Marbet Lewis started working with the alcohol industry prior to graduating law school in 2004. She works with all three tiers of the alcohol industry including manufacturers, importers and retailers on various licensing and permitting projects, license transactions, mergers and acquisitions and assists with development of marketing, social media and regulatory compliance programs that promote long term business objectives.


Robert Lewis

Robert F. Lewis has worked with the alcohol industry for over 25 years. Rob formerly served as a special agent with the Florida Division of Alcohol Beverage and Tobacco (DABT) and later as an industry advocate and legal counsel. His experience as both a former regulator and a legal practitioner offers clients a unique perspective on enforcement and regulatory issues.


Randall Sidlosca

Randall Sidlosca's practice encompasses all areas of immigration law, with an emphasis on employment-based immigration matters. With more than 32 years of experience, Mr. Sidlosca represents clients in matters related to immigrant and non-immigrant visas, labor certification and priority worker petitions, dependent visas, and employment authorizations for spouses. He also represents foreign companies in the medical cannabis industry.


Simon Ferro

Simon Ferro has focused on litigating complex business matters in the State of Florida and Federal courts for over a decade. His practice includes alcohol industry contract disputes, franchise termination disputes, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and white collar criminal defense. Mr. Ferro has represented individuals, financial institutions, alcohol manufacturers, insurance companies, foreign and domestic investors, lenders, and other businesses in an array of complex disputes.


James P. Gueits

James P. Gueits, who joins LewisFox as a partner in our Coral Gables office, advises business entities operating in the US and Latin America in transactional and regulatory matters, including compliance and governance issues across a broad range of industries such as bio-technology, supply-chain, finance, regulated products, consumer electronics, software, commercial real estate and hospitality. James has broad experience handling in-bound transactions, including business structuring, cross-border acquisitions, joint-venture and investment-related matters. James also represents business interests securing government approvals from regulatory agencies.
